All My Children

You know what?  'All My Children' just might be the best show on television.  I frickin' love that shit. There is no other show that could tease people for months and still satisfy.  I have been waiting for years for Cady McClain's 'Dixie Martin' to come back to Pine Valley.  We finally learned of her return back in December and that bitch still isn't back yet.  Well, that isn't exactly true.  She is finally back in town, but no one knows yet.  Meanwhile, she looks mighty pissed that her half sister is trying to take over her life.  And on Monday she speaks! Praise the Lord. Confrontation.

It's my blog, I can talk about All My Children if I want to, dammit! Cady McClain is blogging her return at Cady's Confessions. I, for one, can't wait to see Dixie return to Tad. I just hope she brings Baby Kate back with her.

Guilty Pleasures

Confessional: one of my many guilty pleasures is All My Children .  Total fag, right?  I don't give a sh*t.  I think I watched that show through my mother's womb.  I taped on the VCR throughout grammar school and high school.  I scheduled classes around it in college.  Now I work from home, but can only watch it via TIVO (I hate the commercials and there is nothing like fast forwarding through Ryan Lavery scenes)  Well, if you read this blog (and I really hope you do) you will definitely be informed about this American classic. I'll offer the occasional update, weekly spoilers, my opinion about what is  happening and, most importantly, a series chronicling the eventual reunion of Tad & Dixie.  It sounds like a ton of info, but it will not be.  There are only 3 given good storylines at any moment in soapland. This site will not turn in to an AMC board.  Its just a little something that is sure to bring  a smile to my face.
